How has the Balance of Power shifted from the state to commonwealth government since 1901?

How has the Balance of Power shifted since 1901 from the state government to the commonwealth government?

What happened in 1901? I think state's rights have been in gradual decline for a long time, unconstitutionally so.

The power only has shifted or moved away from States too Big Government only because of two very important factors!

1. The People have allowed Big Government too over see what States have gave up because of Cost or Effective Productivity! This way the State can say it was Givernments fault or it is not there priority!

2. Each State now in the USA try there best too Regulate Laws more so than too make up laws or rules because States want too be more about Management of Goverment Laws and so- they can get more Fed-money so in turn they Tax you & I less and allow more Government too be the Bad guy too us but benefit from it in haveing Revenue!
