Government?

If government does not protect the basic rights of the people in governs what did the Declaration of Independence say the people had the right to do?

According to Bush people have no rights... he should have been impeached a long time ago... He struts around as if the constitution has no relevance to his country... You should have saw it coming when the constitution of the UN got no respect. Now the Americans are loosing their rights left and right.... and they have no one to blame but themselves... you easily enough worked to empeached a president for a bl0w j0b, the least you could do is work to empeach a president who has broken over 700 laws to make this war happen... so either there is a point to having laws or there is not...there are laws governing his office to prevent a fool from doing what this fool did... other wise your rights as a citizen are worthless..
