What should a citizen do if your government fails to answer a submitted grievance redress?

This can involve your local, state, and/or federal government, however, it should be based on a violation of our US Constitution.

We have a right to petition, with that right comes a right to an answer.

Once the Gov't is no longer bound to it's Constitution then we are no longer bound to them as a gov't. Based on Resolutions written by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.

So what we should do is abolish a gov't that won't answer petitions for redress. The patriots of 1776 did just that after their petitions were ignored by the Brits.
