What type of Government Was the Celtic Turks during the Crusades?

I have to write my history paper on the Crusades and give 3 reasons about how it is a "class of civilizations".....

I know it was fought against Christians and Muslims.

Christians government was the Roman Church.

What was the Celtic Turks government? Was it ruled by a hierarchy? Or by an Emperor?

Please help! ASAP!

Do you mean Seljuk Turks? As far as I know, in history there was never large enough a Turkish population in Ireland.

If you are indeed talking about the Seljuk Turks empire, then that particular government was an emperor governing over a number of local autonomous kingdoms ruled by family members.
