Is the government using the increased Congestion Charge to improve transport services?

Is the government using the increased Congestion Charge to improve transport services?

For example, by offering more buses, trains, places to park bikes and motorbikes?

I doubt so. Governments never use the money they take from you as they should. Even if they do, they never get results. Try to remember when was the last time you saw the government solving a problem.

I can tell you that I've never saw that.

London congestion charge monies go to Transport for London not the central government.
